SMALL CLASSES WITH PERSONAL ATTENTION
The benefits of small group classes helps keep you motivated, make new friends, stay accountable and have something more to look forward to with each class. We all know one of the hardest parts of working out is finding the time and actually getting yourself to the gym. These small group classes make the experience more enjoyable and help each person achieve their best results. Our community of members will welcome you with open arms and cheer you on through every rep.
Since the classes remain small (capped to 8 members per class) our personal trainer is able to give every lady the attention and guidance they need and deserve. If you’re looking to get fit or to take your fitness to the next level, working with a personal trainer is right for you.
Whether you’re new to exercising or the gym is your second home, working with a personal trainer can help you reach your health and fitness goals.
A certified personal trainer is someone who is trained in creating and implementing safe and effective exercise programs for their clients. In other words, they’ll help you work out and execute other lifestyle changes to reach your fitness goal.
Up to 6 small group classes a day, morning and evening, during the week and 2 classes on a Saturday
