Our Services
We aim to provide every opportunity for women to meet their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment. All fitness levels are welcome – let’s get fit, strong and healthy, together.
GROUP CLASSES
- 25 Classes per week
- Classes are limited to 14 ladies per class
- Each class is 1 hour long
- We start with a dynamic, warm-up stretch routine
- Everyday we design a new workout to challenge you
- We end with a cool down, static stretching routine
- Each class is guided by a female qualified personal trainer
PRIVATE SESSIONS
In addition to our various group class
packages, we offer individual sessions
for our members at a private rate.
Work with one of our professional
trainers who have years of
experience to tailor a program
that specifically meets your needs.
Join as a member and you will have
the flexibility of either private sessions
or a group package, or both even!
