About Us

Beetroot and Biceps is a ladies-only fitness studio based in Honeydew. We offer small group classes for women, in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our Studio

Our qualified personal trainers offer new and exciting full-body, functional fitness workouts daily that prepare you for life, both now and in the future. Workouts are carefully designed to suit all fitness levels, with two days a week specifically dedicated to building strength. The rest of the week – well, burpees! Jokes – the rest of the week you can look forward to full body mayhem where we include running, skipping, wall balls, slam balls and other explosive functional movements. Our ladies see great results – not only in terms of weight loss, but improved strength, fitness and confidence.

Our beautiful new facilities offer safe parking, 24-hour security, solar power, private bathrooms and our very own coffee shop – coming soon!

We strive for a space that encourages inclusivity; an opportunity for any and every women to have access to training in a way that suits their body at any stage of life. Our workouts are carefully designed to meet the needs of any fitness level – we have beginners, and we train athletes. Fitness is for everybody, not only the elite. You don’t have to look a certain way or dress a certain way. Beetroot and Biceps makes fitness accessible to all women.

Charlene and Brittney are incredible trainers. Each brings her own unique, fun style that keeps us moving, getting stronger, and improving week after week. “I joined Beetroot and Biceps, as most girls do, in January with my fresh new years resolution

in my head and the hope of loosing some weight after fighting with the scale literally my entire life.

I was not sure of what to expect from a ladies only gym or what functional training entailed but I took the plunge, roped in a friend and off we went for our trial session… from day 1 I was welcomed by Charlene and the other ladies and shown the ropes – I was guided and encouraged by each and every person and over time started to look forward to getting back for another session.

I wasn’t sure what to expect on that first day however I can tell you that what I found at Beetroot and Biceps is something special… I found a team of ladies that genuinely wants nothing but the best for one another, I found strength I didn’t know I had – both physically and mentally, I found fun, friendship and yes pain (You work muscles you never knew existed).

I’m happy to report that because of the love and encouragement I found at Beetroot and Biceps I have lost most of the weight that has been my anchor for so many years, I am more confident and stronger than I ever imagined was possible and I’ve found close friends that I absolutely adore.
