FAQ

Do you train men and women?

No, we are a private gym specifically for women only.

Do you allow children in the gym?

No. A gym is not a safe space for children and we do not have any child care facilities at this stage. If a child is old enough to sit in the coffee shop area, away from the weights, they are welcome to do homework etc.

What is the general age group?

We can train women as young as 16 years old. We don’t put an age limit to our classes because this is not an indication of fitness ability. Some of our strongest and fittest women are in their 50’s and 60’s.

Can I just come “see” the gym?

If you only want to view the gym, our social media pages offer fantastic insight into what the gym physically looks like. You are welcome to book a free trial session and join one of our classes to really get an idea of what we’re about – enjoy the vibe, feel the burn!

Do I have to sign a contract?

Our membership packages are month to month with a calendar month notice to cancel. See cancellation policy.

How long is a class?

Our classes are 1 hour long which includes warm-up and cool-down stretching.

How do I sign up?

Whatsapp Charlene on 076 307 3339 to book a free trial session with one of our amazing classes. If you would like to join as a member, we will schedule your free body assessment. This forms a baseline from which we can measure progress. With all that info, we load you onto our booking app, Octiv, and you can book your classes as it suits your schedule.

What is a body assessment?

In your body assessment we will work through a very brief medical history to check that it is safe for you to exercise. We’ll take some measurements, while our Inbody120 will provide a scan of your body composition (muscle/fat/protein/minerals), which we do every
12 weeks to ensure we are on track to meet your goals!
