We know that everyone is different. Each client comes with a personal and medical background. Each client lives a different life. It’s our job to work around that to create a happier and healthier life for all our members. That’s why personalised guideance is the only true way to achieving your personal and fitness goals. The problem is, most personal trainers charge per session, and often, it’s over and above your gym fee.

At Beetroot and Biceps, it’s all included. Every member gets personal attention ensuring their health and fitness goals are achieved, and we have fun while doing it. You’ll cheer each other on, make new friendships and get the energy you need to deal with the day.

AM I FIT ENOUGH TO TRAIN?

This is a question we get so often from our clients, and the most common reason why some are hesitant to even join a gym or do a trial class. Unless you’re seriously injured, anyone can join and become fit. Our exercises are scaled to your fitness level. We work around injuries, and never make you feel like you’ve missed out.  It’s a journey, and we’re here to help you along the way. If you can’t squat due to an injury, we’ll show you another movement to work the very same muscles. Exercise is never meant to hurt your body, it is meant to heal it.
