Strength

On a Monday, we kick off the week with the most popular day of the week, Mega-Pump Monday. This program is specially designed to build strength, and, as women, we understand the importance of strength training for longevity, not only now but also for the future. You’ll build stronger bones and lean muscle which improves metabolism, along with better cardiovascular health, weight control, and mobility.

This program became so popular that we added it on a Thursday too!

TABATA

We love a little tabata circuit workout – do it alone or with a buddy, it’s best to expect the unexpected! The great thing about a Tabata is the flexibility. You can really push to the max at each station or treat the day like a decent zone 2 active recovery day with slow and controlled movement.

We focus on full body, head to toe.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our very passion and the core of our gym – functional fitness is our ‘go to’ for overall, full body fitness. We include all the most basic movements to get you through life – but in the most fun ways. Our functional fitness classes on a Tuesday and Friday will push you to your limits with cardio like skipping and running to kettlebells, wall balls and so much more. All our workouts can be scaled to suit any fitness level.

Fast or slow, this one gets the heart rate up and the sweat glowing.

BEETROX

Our absolute favourite of the week – BEETROX. Need we even say more! Beetrox is our competition prep class, for athletic performance specifically. We focus on building strength and cardio endurance capacity to allow our athletes to compete in Deadly Dozen and Hyrox.

Friday evenings will never be the same again!
